- I assume you've all seen Doug's letter regarding the DSP code by now.
- I have a reply mostly finished, but I don't know if I should mail it...
-
- It never occured to me that we might run into these kind of problems,
- but I guess it's time we do something about them.
-
- Unfortunately, nothing's ever been said clearly , that I can recall, about
- what the legal status is of the BAD MOOD project and the code developed
- for it. It was decided from the start that all sources should be available
- for anyone to work on at any time, but noone considered that it would be
- necessary to require that any new people joining the project would have to
- agree on this...
-
- Has it even been said clearly if this is FreeWare, PD or GPL (or whatever)?
- (Does anyone have a short description of what the GPL means, by the way?)
-
-
- It looks like we _really_ need a discussion on this subject.
- What does everyone have to say? Particularly those who are involved with
- the actual work (programming, graphics, sound, levels etc).
